1st bedroom is a queen, 2nd bedroom is also a queen and 3rd bedroom is a bunk bed with full on bottom and single on top.There is also a wonderful modern pull-out sofa that your guest will fight over!

Please keep the thermostat at 72 degrees or higher
Please respect homeowner closet, fridge and pantry space.
House keeping does not return bottles & cans.
We provide towels on a per person basis.
Beds are made with fresh linens.
3 XL trash bag maximum pick up on check out day.

Place towels in the shower of the main floor bathroom
All dishes should be clean, dried and put away in an orderly way
Place all furniture back in original position
Toys, games, kayaks, yard furniture etc, should be placed in original posiions
Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)
We will pick up 3 "liftable" XL exterior trash bags for disposal (store in garage)
Please, don't leave bottles and cans, our staff can't make time to recycled on check out days
