3 XL trash bag maximum pick up on check out day.
- Cottage must be left in general condition it was rented.
- Please leave sheets on beds
- Place towels in the shower of the main floor bathroom
- All dishes should be clean, dried and put away in an orderly way
- Place all furniture back in original position
- Toys, games, kayaks, yard furniture etc, should be placed in original posiions
- Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)
- We will pick up 3 "liftable" XL exterior trash bags for disposal
- Please, don't leave bottles and cans, our staff can't make time to recycled on check out days
