House keeping does not return bottles & cans.
We provide towels on a per person basis.
Beds are made with fresh linens.
3 XL trash bag maximum pick up on check out day.

Toys, games, kayaks, yard furniture etc, should be placed in original posiions
Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)
We will pick up 3 "liftable" XL exterior trash bags for disposal
Please, don't leave bottles and cans, our staff can't make time to recycled on check out days

Overview
The Lake Life is a family getaway where you'll feel INSTANTLY at home! Upon arrival is a breezeway to kick off your flip-flops and get ready to relax! Upstairs to the left is a beautiful private primary ensuite. Freshly painted and with a king-size bed and newly renovated bathroom, you’ll have a peaceful respite from lakeside fun. A great wall-mounted mini split for efficient air conditioning creates controlled comfort on a warm summer night.
Downstairs you'll find a bedroom with a queen size bed to the left and another newly renovated bathroom and bed with a second queen size bed on the right. A short staircase down you'll take in the main floor family-room, dining room, and newly revamped kitchen. All have been freshly painted, a new subway tile backsplash installed for a clean look, and gorgeous flooring. All these updates have created a space to gather, nourish, relax, and take in special moments with family you've been missing.
Step through the kitchen to head downstairs to the game room and walk-out basement. There you’ll find extra sleeping arrangements with a beautiful pull-out sofa and two twin bunks just in case. The game room boasts a ski-ball table and bar for mixing cocktails for the patio fun you'll be having. Outside you'll catch gorgeous lake views with a westward vantage of glorious sunsets. Great outdoor furniture and a heater make your patio perfect on a chilly night. With a large brick fire pit lakeside you've got the ultimate gathering spot for roasting marshmallows and making memories. Pontoon boat rental is available too!
