6% State Tax
House must be left in same general condition when rented.
Please keep the thermostat to 72 degrees or lower
House keeping does not return bottles & cans.
We provide towels on a per person basis.
Beds are made with fresh linens.
3 XL trash bag maximum pick up on check out day.

Cottage must be left in general condition it was rented.
Please leave sheets on beds
Place towels in the shower of the main floor bathroom
All dishes should be clean, dried and put away in an orderly way
Place all furniture back in original position
Toys, games, kayaks, yard furniture etc, should be placed in original posiions
Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)
We will pick up 3 "liftable" XL exterior trash bags for disposal
Please, don't leave bottles and cans, our staff can't make time to recycled on check out days

Overview
One of our most popular homes and tough to book! Located on beautiful West Lake, The Point has a large yard, and gorgeous beach. Mainfloor has 3 bedrooms including a master ensuite, all with queen sized beds. Main floor laundry and an extra guest bathroom makes it exceptional. Walk out patio off the dining area gives you a full view of the lake, for enchanting sunsets and incredible opportunities to gather and enjoy. Downstairs you’ll find another living room, full bathroom with stand up shower, queen bedroom, and bonus 5th bedroom with queen bed, & two bunks. A privacy curtain gives cover to this space for extra guests. Step outside to find an outside shower, propane firepit and large deck, make your way down to the beach for lively days and peaceful nights.
